# Project register

Reviewed: YYYY-MM-DD.

This is the starting inventory, not a priority ranking. It covers the N repositories returned by `gh repo list YOUR-OWNER --limit 200`. Repositories outside that list may be missing.

## How to use this

- Capture rough ideas in Issues in this repository, never in a project's own repository. Each carries two labels: `idea` (unapproved) and the project's name, or `New project` for a project that does not exist yet. Keep the original wording there and link the relevant Issue from this register.
- Give each confirmed project a status: **Active**, **Maintenance**, **Parked** or **Archived**. Until the owner confirms intent, use **Needs your input**. GitHub archive flags are recorded as they are.
- **Last push** is GitHub's `pushed_at` date. It is not proof of progress, deployment, completion or priority.
- Purpose summaries come from READMEs or repository descriptions. They have not been runtime-tested and may be stale. Say "README not retrieved" when it could not be read.
- Update this file when a project decision changes. It is a manual register, not an automatic sync.

## Current focus

Confirmed by YOUR NAME on YYYY-MM-DD. This is a focus set, not a ranked order.

| Project | Repository / source | Status | Next planning step |
|---|---|---|---|
| My App | [my-app](https://github.com/YOUR-OWNER/my-app) | Active — confirmed focus | One concrete next step, based on evidence |

Other projects have not automatically been parked or archived.

## Repositories

| Repository | Purpose / documented context | Status | Last push | Evidence | Suggested next action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| [YOUR-OWNER/my-app](https://github.com/YOUR-OWNER/my-app) | What the README says it is | Active — confirmed focus | YYYY-MM-DD | [README](https://github.com/YOUR-OWNER/my-app/blob/main/README.md) | One outcome |
| [YOUR-OWNER/old-thing](https://github.com/YOUR-OWNER/old-thing) | Needs your input — purpose not verified | Needs your input | YYYY-MM-DD | README not retrieved | Confirm active, maintenance or parked; then choose one outcome |

## Relationships to confirm

- List repositories that look like the same project (v1 and v2, a site and its admin, a template and its descendants). Do not merge them on names alone.

## Suggested next work

These are recommendations, not evidence of unresolved defects or authority to deploy.

- **My App first:** the single most useful thing, with the evidence for it.
